Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Agona Chocolate. We're based in the United Kingdom and take great care in ensuring your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times and rates are as follows:
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Tracked 48): 3–7 business days — £3.99
- Express Delivery (Tracked 24): 1–3 business days — £5.99
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50
Chocolate & Temperature Handling
Our chocolates are carefully packaged to withstand typical UK temperatures. However, during warmer months (May–September), we recommend selecting Express Delivery to minimise the risk of melting in transit. We are not responsible for melting caused by extreme heat conditions during delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the Royal Mail website or the relevant courier's tracking portal.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@agonachocolate.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future — stay tuned!
